forest bathing
Join us for a slow-paced walk in nature designed to help you slow down, be present, and reconnect with the natural world. Rather than focusing on distance or exercise, we’ll take our time observing and experiencing the forest through our senses—listening to the sounds around us, noticing colors and textures, breathing in the scents, and feeling the earth beneath our feet.
Come as you are and allow nature to invite you into a deeper sense of presence, peace, and connection. It's the time of year for a restorative walk in the woods!
