Labyrinth walk
Walk a Canvas Labyrinth — Experience the ancient practice of labyrinth walking on a canvas labyrinth laid out on the ground. Unlike a maze, a labyrinth has one winding path that leads from the entrance to the center and back out again, so there are no wrong turns or dead ends.
You’ll be invited to walk the path slowly and mindfully, allowing the rhythm of your steps to quiet the mind and create space for reflection. You may choose to carry an intention, question, or prayer with you as you walk, or simply notice your breath, your surroundings, and what emerges along the way. Come as you are and let each step be part of the journey.
Reflect & Create — After your labyrinth walk, take some time to pause and reflect on your experience through a simple expressive arts activity. Using color, shape, words, or images, you’ll have an opportunity to explore what arose during your walk and give form to your thoughts, feelings, or intentions. No artistic experience is needed—this is simply a creative space to listen inwardly, process your experience, and discover what wants to emerge.
The walk is held on the second floor of the church in Founders Hall.
