OUR STORY
who we are
Lynn Ann Baker
Magical Gardener
When I first moved to this home on an acre and a half of land, I knew I wanted to build a labyrinth for a walking meditation. At first, I thought the labyrinth would be in the back part of the property where it's most open, but then I decided to build it next to an oak tree for shade. After several stops and starts, I finally built the labyrinth with the help of a friend, ten years later.
I was drawn to the labyrinth as a walking meditation, but I soon learned that this ancient and modern path has a much deeper symbolism and application to living a grounded, peaceful life. My passions include gardening, nature, teaching, and all things related to the labyrinth, especially sacred and natural spirals. I bring these together by offering guided walks in the labyrinth and in the woods, along with workshops and retreats that deepen those experiences. I walk the labyrinth most days, usually in the morning. My desire is to share the labyrinth with my community near and far! Sharing my garden and labyrinth with others fills my heart and spirit. My mission is to guide others toward a deeper awareness of their divine spirit through connection with the natural world and the sacred space of the labyrinth. Join me as we walk the path in community!
